The positive vibes carried over to the evening’s main attraction - Wix’s Silent Disco Glow Party. From deep house to hip hop, the office’s resident DJs provided an electrifying spin on the night.

TMEG’s detailed planning of Camp Newman weekend creatively featured mechanical sharks, silent raves, and giant foosball, all of which summarize the fun, diverse nature of the Wix family. On the third weekend of September under the clear blue skies of California, TMEG Productions delivered not just an event for Wix San Francisco, but an extraordinary experience.

Downtown Skies, Uptown Vibes

Finding the perfect venue that offered incredible views, delectable foods, and cost-effective pricing all in one package, TMEG’s event coordinators dug deep into their database of venues to see which options were available. As a result, The W Hotel’s Whisper Wet Deck, a rooftop space featuring skyline sights and a swimming pool, was chosen as the perfect hosting site.

Having to schedule four hours worth of entertainment was TMEG’s entertainment coordinators’ first task, debating on whether to book comedians, bands, or dancers. Continuing the theme of exotic, yet elegant, the team concluded on bringing in body contortionists to set a mellow mood, then contrasting the calmer vibes with a high-energy fire performer.

Houdini Nights, TMEG Lights

The five-acre, century old mansion based in the Hollywood hills of California is known for its inherent spookiness as one-hundred marble steps, underground tunnels, and caves in the Edwardian themed house attracts the supernatural. Noticing a pattern, TMEGs decor coordinators chose to embrace its dark side and base the theme on famed director Tim Burton. "A Nightmare Before Christmas", "Edward Scissorhands", and "Beetlejuice" were the highlighted pop culture films complemented by classic victorian furniture for hair raising ambiance.

DeviantArt branded orbs, Jack Skellington custom centerpieces, spooky uplighting, and face painted performers immersed attendees in an experience like none other. TMEG’s efforts to create a spooktacular Nightmare Before Christmas gave guests mysteries to see and reasons to believe in magic.

Gotham Sites and Dark Knights

Seeking inspiration for themes, TMEG’s decor and event coordinators looked to the Big Apple’s influence in pop culture as Gotham City from DC Comics’ “Batman” series was selected. Urban alleyways, colorful villains, and standards as golden as Batman’s utility belt was the basis for the decor team who pushed for innovation through decoration. Chateau barstools, gothic highboys, and midnight chandeliers were some of the many pieces brought into the Flash Factory Nightclub where matching cathedral furniture and stained glass windows already resided.

Open bar areas, karaoke contests, Joker LED illusion lighting, and Gotham green screen photo booths gave attendees plenty of activities to enjoy. The December 8th event helped generate momentum for the New Year as Wix and TMEG Productions guaranteed their return in 2018.

San FranDisco Inferno

Inspired by 1970s films like Disco Inferno and Staying Alive, TMEG’s decor, entertainment, and event production coordinators chose Studio 54 to be the basis for the party. Building on this Saturday Night Fever, TMEG decided Dogpatch Studios, a beautiful warehouse featuring high ceilings and wood floors, would be the perfect place to host.
